For instance, starting your fluidized bed furnace probably means a trip to the controls to set temperature, fluidizing flow rates, and starting up the air and heating systems.
Subsequent return trips will be necessary to adjust air flows as the bed temperature rises. Then, as the desired levels are reached, you need to load the furnace, switch to purging Nitrogen and then return when you process temperature has been met to start a pilot burner, the process and process gases. Now your furnace is working for you. Return later and turn it off or adjust your gases to meet your heat treat recipe.
